Almond Valley

Corporate Pass

.....an annual pass that can be freely shared amongst work colleagues, groups of friends, or used in many other circumstances. It's often purchased by staff associations, or provided as an employee benefit. Each pass allows admission for a group of up to two adults and six children, and costs £200

The pass may be issued as a physical card that must be shown in order to gain admission, or as an online form that serves as a simple electronic token. Naturally only one group can use the pass at one time, so if more intensive use is required, why not consider buying multiple passes?

Before completing the form, please study the Frequently Asked Questions at the foot of this page, which outline the conditions of use of your membership.

Nominated Contact for Administrative Purposes

Corporate Pass - Frequently Asked Questions

How does the token thing work?

Traditionally an annual pass card is sent to the nominated contact within your organisation who is then responsible for issuing it to anyone wishing to visit Almond Valley, normally getting the card it back from them afterwards. As an alternative arrangement, we can supply an editable electronic form that the contact person would complete for each visit and either e-mail it to the intending visitor so that they can print it off to use as a ticket, or is e-mailed directly to Almond Valley in advance of the visit.

What if we lose the pass?

The person recorded as "Contact for Administrative Purposes" must notify us of the loss in writing and pay £5 for issue of a duplicate card or token.

Does the pass allow children into soft play for free?

No. The pass only includes items that are included in a standard admission ticket. It doesn't cover rides, soft play, or other items for which there is normally an additional charge.

What if more than one group of people wish to use the pass on the same day?

Naturally only one group can gain entry using the pass at one time, and we'd anticipate that only one token would be issued for any one day. Why not purchase additional passes?

Why can't I just show my company i.d. ?

We're happy to come to special arrangements with companies who seek a simpler way of providing staff benefits, however the cost of such special arrangements is likely to be higher than for the standard corporate pass. We're also very happy to supply admission tickets in bulk at a discount price.
